How does an organization join Kannect?
It's easy! All you have to do is sign up with an email address and password, we will send you a link to verify your email address and once you've been verified, you can log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill in your organization information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to arrange another type of payment, please contact support.
Is there a free pricing plan?
The Kannect Platform is free for Nonprofits that prioritize 1 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals or NGOs with less than 500 members! We have discounted the Essentials and Professional packages for larger NGOs.
How does the 30 day free trial work?
Once you have registered with Kannect, your 30 day free trial will begin. We will notify you when your trial is ending and you can choose to join one of our plans.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Definitely Yes, you can change your Kannect plan anytime by logging in, going to your settings and choosing the plan that works for you! If you need help choosing what plan works best for you, please contact support.
